Laundry day!
Also, my 1st stab at baking over here!
And was caught off guard again without my recipe so made French bread by memory🥴
When I did get my recipe, I had only put 1/2 the amount of yeast and salt that the recipe calls for but my loaves were already shaped by that time and didn’t have any problem rising 👏🏼 the right amount of salt does make for more palatable bread tho!😜
For our sandwiches at lunch I made a honey mustard sauce to compensate for the salt lack…
Time to take care of the dusty kitchen shelves! It’s all open shelving so takes more to keep up with. Still in the dry season doesn’t help matters I suppose. Also the deep freeze needed a good scrubbing.

The girls played in the water on the roof top again till supper time
In the evening, Lonnie helped me make a double batch of tortillas.
