A good day at the house😌
1st thing in the morning Lonnie alerted us to the monitor lizard (guishop) outside the window in the back alley! So that was a nice bit of excitement😊 A 1st for our family seeing one in the wild.

Lonnie grilled up a bunch of hamburger patties for me. The girls scrubbed the gate.. it was quite green with mildew?
Jared’s came again in the afternoon to do laundry.
We all went to Brian’s for supper😊 Kaylee had made white chicken chili and cornbread (with cornmeal from home), veggies and dip, I brought lemonade, and she served icecream for dessert with homemade choc. sauce, banana slices, peanuts, and fried coconut (which is the closest thing to sweet flake coconut that’s been found over here to buy) it’s bigger pcs, crispy in texture and sweetened.. absolutely amazing on the icecream😋
