I had Dipti make more ruti/tortillas after her normal morning cleaning. She wanted to know if she should make 5 or 100๐ I told her we needed more than 5! But she’d be here All afternoon if she was to make a hundred! She made 20 or so and we enjoyed some of them for our chicken fajita lunch
After school Jaira and I went for a bike ride.
Then we all went to Bissho road for fuska and chatpoti, we also tried the nachos from the new Chinese dokan. The nachos were different, but good. No cheese involved here, but bits of chicken and ketchup and an orange colored sauce drizzled over the stack which was stacked pyramid style on a round plate. The chips were not On The Border tortilla chips, but they were thin and crispy and did not have a bad flavor. I’m thinking we need to get back there and ask them about buying just a bag of chips from them to make our own Mexican style nachos.
