Lonnie went with Lamar and his higher up, that’s currently in the country, on a little scouting trip.
15 min before lunch, I told Lonnie he was welcome to invite the men to take lunch break at our house. When they agreed, I had to remind myself… Keep it simple!.. when I wanted to quickly stir something up to make it a little more special. And stay relaxed!..it would be enough food.. I asked Dipti to watch the littles for me while I finished putting lunch on for guests. When they pulled in the gate, Jaira came down from school and asked if I needed help🩷
We very much enjoyed our lunch hour.. relaxed fellow Southerners, that’s soul food too 😌
