Today was meat day with Lonnie washing the bone chips and hog bristles off the pcs of pork and washing and cutting up a couple chickens for the week. Found out we had plenty of pork stockpiled.. enough for a batch of sausage plus.. got some in ham brine, made a recipe of chalupa for the freezer, and some for pulled pork.
Had Dipti make us some sweetened fried coconut. It’s like candy🤤
