Maddie turns 11🥳
Lonnie fried crepes. I whipped up some “cream“ and hung up some rose gold happy birthday “streamers” from the curtain rod of our dining room windows. Then went out to gather a bouquet from the yard for the final touches to the breakfast table✨ and lit the flower shaped candles we’d found in Dhaka.
Dipti made lunch. Pork curry n rice, stir fried green beans and carrots, dhal, and jackfruit.

Made a layered chocolate with choc chips cake and whipped “cream” in between. Choc sauce drizzled over the top…
After Annslie went down for her nap, Lonnie helped Maddie get started with her DIY miniature house kit from Hobby Lobby that we’d promised her we’d help her put together when we got to Khulna…
Then he went to hang out at the classroom again.
A lady with 2 mo baby at the gate. 1st of all she showed us a prescription from the Dr for her baby’s skin problem saying she didn’t have money for the medicine. Then she said she didn’t need the medicine, she needed milk for her baby🧐.. her baby was not hair lip or cleft palette so would not qualify for the milk program(although there has been some exceptions to the rules) this baby also did not look malnutritioned... We told her we could help with medicine. So in the end, Lonnie went with them up the road to the pharmacy dokan to pick up and pay for the meds.
Time to light candles and eat cake n icecream😋🥳
