Had Tulshi go pick up pork for us. There we were told that if we let them know by Sun. they can get a bigger quantity for us so they just sold us as much boneless, skinless as they could and we ended up needing to wash it quite thoroughly to get all the bone chips, stray pig bristles, etc off then proceeded to grind and make 11 lbs of sausage. Still a luxury we aren’t taking for granted yet😌

Lonnie made sure he had everything rounded up for eye camp tomorrow and went for a walk. Found some men loading logs so exerted himself with them a bit.
